At Digital Dolphin, our primary goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our products. In the event that you are not content with your purchase, we offer you the option of either an exchange or a comprehensive return policy, detailed as follows: Any & all order discrepancies (i.e. short shipments, wrong shipments, etc.) must be reported to our company within 5 days of delivery. Any discrepancies reported after 5 days may not be eligible for credit.

Return Authorization Requirement: Obtain Your RMA # for Hassle-Free Returns ALL returns must be authorized with an RMA # (Return Material Authorization). Without an RMA, credit may be withheld or denied. Return Windows: OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) - 30 Days Non-Defective - 90 Days Defective - 1 Year OEM products are not eligible for return after 30 days, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.

Customer Error Returns & Non-Defective product: Customers are responsible for a 20% restocking fee for all returns classified as customer errors, including orders that are returned to sender. Additionally, freight and label fees will be applicable.

This policy extends to Customer Complaints of Defective Items that are later determined to be non-defective. Unauthorized returns from customers, which turn out to be non-vendor items, will also fall under this category.
