Return Policy
Our goal is to provide exceptional service. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer an exchange or return within the time frames below.
Desktop Ink and Toners:
- ALL returns must be authorized with an RMA # (Return Material Authorization). Without an RMA, credit may be withheld or denied. Contact Customer Service at 866- 923-9595 to obtain an RMA#.
- OEM Ink/Toner Only – Return/Exchange up to 30 days. After 30 days, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly.
- Compatible Ink/Toner, Defective – Unconditional return up to thirty (30) days, exchange only after thirty (30) days, up to one (1) year.

Compatible Toner, Non-Defective – Unconditional return up to thirty (30) days, exchange only after thirty (30) days, up to one (1) year.
**For certain compatible toners, the return window is limited to 120 days from the
invoice. - Shortages, transit damage, and discrepancies must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. The customer must inspect products upon receipt.
- Lost Packages are subject to investigation commensurate with carrier policies prior to issuing any credit or refund.
- Custom and/or Special Orders are non-refundable unless found to be vendor error.
- Extra product(s) received with any return will be deemed unauthorized and subject to credit denial.
- Credits are issued after an authorized return is completed.
- Exchange invoices are created for accounting purposes only. In most cases, the credit will be applied to the exchange invoice.
- Unauthorized returns may result in zero credit.
- Non-defective returns (and certain unauthorized returns) that are not the result of a vendor error are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Non-defective product(s) must be in resaleable condition upon return. Do not write or place shipping labels on the manufacturer’s box. To do so will result in no credit.
Digital Dolphin Products Wide Format Inks:
- DDP allows seven (7) days from receipt of the order to notify us of shortages, discrepancies, or damage to your order. After the seven (7) day window, DDP will not be responsible for any shortages, discrepancies, or damages.
- For items damaged in transit, DDP requires photos of the damage, the shipment box, and the shipping label.
- We offer a thirty (30) day return window for unopened, non-defective products in resaleable condition, minus a 25% restocking fee and return shipping.
- If you believe a product is defective or damaged, contact wideformat@ddp.us or call 424- 400-7324 to begin RMA processing.
- An RMA number must be obtained for all returns and exchanges.
- Products you believe are defective or damaged must have at least 75% remaining contents. DDP cannot accept claims made for defects if more than 25% of the ink has been utilized.
- Products verified to be defective or damaged within thirty (30) days of purchase will be eligible for a refund or product exchange.
- If an RMA is requested after thirty (30) days of purchase, and products are verified to be defective or damaged, DDP offers an exchange of the product or a credit memo to your account.
- All credit memos are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and are valid for future purchasers from Digital Dolphins Products (DDP) only.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA) - All return authorizations (RMA) are valid for fourteen (14) days from the issue date. All returned merchandise must be received within fourteen (14) days. Any discrepancies could delay or complete forfeiture of a refund, if applicable.
ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS AND ACH PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED $25.00 charge for returned and NSF checks.
