Customer Satisfaction is our goal. We offer 30-day open billing (Net 30 terms OAC) on all of our compatible ink and toner cartridges. We’re confident you’ll be satisfied with our products, as well as the savings. However, in the unlikely event our cartridge fails to meet your standards, simply contact your Sales Representative, within the 30-day term, for assistance with returning your product. Otherwise, the invoice is due and payable 30-days from the invoice date. If a credit card was charged at the time the order was placed, a full refund will be processed once the authorized return is completed.
